As a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and counsellor and I have been in Private Practice for over 25 years. As a professional my aim is to offer clients a confidential, safe, and warm environment to resolve their issues.

The most commonly asked is question is, "What is Psychotherapy?" I believe it's making the Unconscious, Conscious by bringing events that we believe may be forgotten in to our awareness and the "Here and Now"

Major life events are often hard to navigate, and smaller issues can be just as challenging. Clients come for many reasons such as Trauma, childhood or otherwise, PTSD, Eating Disorders, Phobias, or being in an unhealthy relationship.

For others it may be work issues or social anxiety, depresssion or a mix of issues. The most important issue however, is the relationship we have with ourselves. Once we develop a good relationship with ourselves we can mostly deal with anything.

As and Integrative therapist I can tailor make my therapy to suit each clients needs. Relationships can be challenging and complicated especially with ourselves. As a professional, my aim is to assist my clients in finding solutions and resolving conflicts either in themselves or in other relationships. This includes not only issues between spouses and partners, but also conflicts within families, workplaces, and social circles. I understand that finding resolution can be a difficult and sensitive process, which is why I offer my guidance and support giving clients techniques and coping strategies to take away according to their needs. Whether through couples therapy or individual counselling, I work with my clients to navigate their challenges, big or small. It is important to note that resolution is achievable, even if the other person involved is not present during the counselling sessions. By addressing underlying issues and implementing effective communication and problem-solving strategies so individuals can work towards healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
